Your FFGolf license is active, your club has sent you an identifier, but the login screen refuses to cooperate. This situation is common, and most of the time it stems from confusion between two distinct areas: the extranet reserved for clubs and the My ffgolf personal space intended for licensees. Understanding this distinction is already half the solution to the issues.

Club Extranet and My ffgolf: Two Access Points Not to Confuse

The term “golf extranet” actually refers to the administrative management platform used by club secretariats. This is where club staff create licenses, assign players to a section, and manage registrations for federal competitions.

As a licensee, you do not need to access it. Your entry point is My ffgolf, the personal member space hosted on ffgolf.org. It is from My ffgolf that you can check your index, verify the status of your license, and access the federation’s digital services.

The good news: when your club registers you via the extranet, your data is synchronized in real-time with My ffgolf. As soon as the license is activated on the club side, your personal space becomes operational without any additional delay. To successfully log in to the FFGolf golf extranet, you must first verify that your club has finalized your affiliation.

Create and Activate Your Licensee Account on ffgolf.org

Have you noticed that the ffgolf.org site offers two options on its login page? “Log in” and “I create my licensee account” do not lead to the same result.

First Login After Obtaining a License

If you have just obtained your license through your club, your profile exists in the federal database, but you do not yet have an online account. Go to the login page of ffgolf.org and choose to create an account.

  • Enter your license number (provided by your club or found on your license certificate) and your date of birth so that the system can identify you in the federal database.
  • Choose a valid email address and a password. The email address must match the one declared at the club, otherwise the matching will fail.
  • Validate the confirmation link received by email. Without this step, the account remains inactive and the login will be denied.

Forgotten Password or Existing Account

If you created an account during a previous season, there is no need to create a new one. Use the password reset procedure. The classic trap: trying to recreate an account with the same license number. The system blocks duplicates and displays a vague error.

Also, check that you do not have multiple email addresses registered over the course of renewals. The account is linked to the address declared during the last activation.

Kady and ChipIn Apps: The Extension of Your Member Space

Why talk about apps in an article about logging in? Because your My ffgolf space does not operate in isolation. The FFGolf license provides access to two official applications that form a continuous digital chain with your online profile.

Kady is the app where you enter your certified leisure rounds. Each score recorded in Kady directly impacts your index, which is then visible in My ffgolf. The ChipIn app complements this system for other uses related to club life.

Specifically, if your index does not update after a leisure round, the problem rarely comes from My ffgolf itself. You need to check that the round has been validated in Kady and that your Kady account is linked to the same federal identifier.

Resolving Common Connection Issues to the FFGolf Space

Connection errors on federal platforms follow recurring patterns. Here are the most common ones and their direct solutions.

The Browser Is a Problem

The ffgolf.org platform uses cookies to manage authentication. If you have refused functional cookies or if your browser automatically deletes them, the session will not be maintained. At a minimum, allow functional cookies on ffgolf.org in your browser settings.

License Not Renewed

Your My ffgolf account remains accessible even off-season, but some services (registration for competitions, consultation of the active index) will be disabled if the license is not renewed. Renewal can be done online from your space or directly at your club’s secretariat.

Affiliation to a New Club

In case of a club change, the affiliation must be done by the new club via the extranet. As long as this operation is not finalized on the club side, your member space may display inconsistent information. Ask the secretariat to confirm that the affiliation is validated in the extranet before attempting to log in.

  • Check that your license number has not changed during the transfer. In most cases, it remains the same.
  • If you had a My ffgolf account with the old club, it remains valid. Only the club affiliation changes in your profile.
  • The scores recorded in Kady under the old club are retained and continue to contribute to your index.

The operation of the FFGolf extranet is based on a simple logic: the club manages the administrative tasks, and the licensee manages their personal space. When the connection gets stuck, the cause is almost always at the junction between these two areas, at the time of affiliation or account creation. Identifying which of the two links is causing the problem can save time and avoid unnecessary exchanges with the secretariat.
